Celebrity Tanning LLC, doing business as Celebrity Tan and Wellness ("Celebrity," "we," "us," or "our") operates tanning and wellness salons in Arizona and this website. Contact information — name, email address, and phone number — when you fill out a form on our website, sign up for offers or our mailing list, or contact us.

We do not take payments through this website, and we do not collect or store payment card numbers here.

CELEB TOUR PASS – Terms and Conditions

The Celeb Tour Pass ("Pass") costs $9.99 and is valid for seven (7) consecutive days beginning on the date of first redemption at a Celebrity Tan + Wellness location.
The Pass is available only to individuals who do not currently hold an active Celebrity Tan + Wellness membership.
Limit one (1) Pass per person per 365-day period. Eligibility is verified by Celebrity staff at redemption; guests who have redeemed a Pass within the prior 365 days will not qualify.
The Pass must be presented in the original email format to a receptionist at a participating Celebrity Tan + Wellness location to activate. Screenshots are accepted; forwarded or altered emails are not.
The Pass is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, memberships, or package pricing.
The Pass grants access to [SERVICES TO CONFIRM] at participating Arizona locations. Certain services, upgrades, and add-ons may be excluded or require additional payment.
Service availability, hours, and equipment vary by location. Appointments may be required for select services.
All services are subject to Celebrity Tan + Wellness's standard intake, consent, and eligibility requirements, including any applicable age restrictions and health screenings.
Celebrity Tan + Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice, and to refuse redemption where fraud, abuse, or ineligibility is suspected.
By purchasing and redeeming the Pass, you agree to these terms and to Celebrity Tan + Wellness's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
